In-House-Whitening: Although tooth whitening has become a very popular teeth-whitening technique, it is not always an option for everyone. Professional whitening here at Brookhaven Dental Associates allows for custom trays to be made which allow the client to comfortably wear the trays while trying their hardest to avoid eating or drinking during the process. There are some patients who prefer this method of bleaching rather than having strips that attach with cement on their teeth.

Whitening Trays (At Home): Although you can get over-the-counter whiteners without a dentist’s recommendation, if you use them incorrectly, they can harm your tooth enamel and irritate your gum tissue and if you over-bleach you can produce an unsightly and undesirable bluish hue, chalky whiteness or uneven results.
