I am always a bit anxious to try a new doctor or dentist, but the staff at BDA put me right at ease, even giving me a little special treatment as I was a new patient. Its been a while since my last dental appointment (something to do with a pandemic), and I was worried that they might be a little judgemental, but I did not encounter anything of the sort. They were up-front about the costs of the appointment and thoroughly but efficiently explained each procedure. Everyone that I met had a friendly, positive attitude and seemed to enjoy their jobs and interacting with patients. Dr. Patel was very friendly and helpful, providing a referral for a gum problem that I have been seeking answers about for years.
